Ayushya is situated about 5km from Changanacherry town bus stand and the railway station. Those coming by buses can take Changanacherry to Kottayam private buses passing via Changanacherry railway station and St.Thomas Hospital Chethipuzha and get down at Enachira kurisu bus-stop(Rs. 8.00). Please walk ahead a little and you will see a signboard on the left directing to the center. Auto-rickshaws from the town charge about Rs.100/- to 120/- direct the auto/taxi to take you to 'Ayushya' near Enachira Kurisu at Ithithanam.
